Welcome to Bath House! We appreciate your dedication to wellness and personal growth. Below are our studio policies to ensure a harmonious experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is already included in the price of all our services, so you are not expected to add extra. However, during checkout, there will be an option to leave additional gratuity if you choose. This policy ensures transparency and honors the value of our healers' work.
Gift Cards
Upon purchase, you may print your Gift Card at home.
For a physical card, you have the option for it to be printed on card stock and mailed to you or picked up at the studio.
To request this service, please leave a note or email us.
Gift Cards expire 1 year from purchase date.
Terms & Conditions for Packages and Gift Certificates
Arrival: Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled class or service. Doors will lock promptly at the start to maintain the environment.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will be treated as no-shows and will not be eligible for a credit or refund.
No-Showing: No-showing will result in a loss of package credit. Meaning, if you no-show your appointment, you have lost that appointment credit, and it will not be added back to your package. The no-show will be noted on your client profile, after no-showing 3 times, you will be banned from booking more classes and services with Bath House.
Scheduling Changes: To adjust your schedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Requests made within 24 hours of the start time may not be accommodated.
Package Expiration Policies:
Yoga & Movement Packages: Must be used within 190 days of purchase.
Assisted Stretch Packages: Must be used within 120 days of purchase.
Sound Bath Packages: Must be used within 365 days of purchase.
Facial Packages and Gift Cards: Must be used within 365 days of purchase.
Additional Terms:
Class credits are flexible; attendance need not be consecutive.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By purchasing a package or gift certificate, you acknowledge and accept these terms. Your adherence supports a positive environment for everyone at Bath House.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations: Once confirmed, any appointment cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice.
Failure to Notify or No-Shows: Failure to provide adequate notice & No-Showing will result in a cancellation fee of the total cost of your service, class or workshop. The no-show will be noted on your client profile, after no-showing 3 times, you will be banned from booking more classes and services with Bath House.
Weather Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation due to weather, clients will receive a credit for a future class or service. Refunds are not provided.
Booking Policy Update (11/1/2025)
To ensure a smooth experience for all, we now require full payment at the time of booking for all classes and appointments. This helps us hold your space with care and avoid issues with invalid cards on file. Have a credit or gift card code that isn’t working? Simply reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to adjust it for you so you can use it toward your booking.

Minimum Enrollment
A minimum of 2 participants per class (Minimum of 3 participants for Collectives & Dual Healer Classes such as Yin Revival). Classes with just one attendee will be canceled one hour prior. You’ll be refunded or offered a reschedule or credit.
All Props Provided
We have all the props you need for classes, yoga mat, bolster, blanket, pillow, blocks, etc. You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat if you choose, but we supply everything you'll need.
Services Late Policy
Arrival: Arrive up to 15 minutes before the start of your service. Doors will be locked once the service begins.
Grace Period: Participants arriving within 15 minutes after the start time may still receive a shortened service, subject to the healer's discretion.
Late Charges: Late arrivals resulting in missed sessions are charged at the full service rate.
We kindly ask that you honor this policy to help maintain a focused and supportive environment for all participants.
Yoga & Movement Participation Policy
By participating in yoga classes at Bath House (hereinafter “the Studio”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: I understand yoga involves physical exertion and risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages sustained during classes.
2. Health: I confirm I am in good health to participate and have consulted a medical professional if needed.
3. Personal Property: I am responsible for my belongings and release the Studio from liability for any loss or damage.
4. Release of Liability: I waive any claims against the Studio, its owners, instructors, or staff for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during participation.
5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify the Studio for any claims arising from my participation.
6. Media Release: I grant the Studio the right to use any photos or videos taken during classes for promotional purposes.
7. Severability: If any part of this waiver is unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
Class Late Policy
Arrival: Enter the studio up to 15 minutes before class begins.
Grace Period: Participants must arrive no later than 5 minutes after the start time.
Locked Door Policy: After the 5-minute grace period, doors will be locked, and entry is no longer permitted.
Forfeiture: Arriving more than 5 minutes late forfeits your reservation.
Late Charge: Late arrivals resulting in a missed session are charged at the full class rate
