Wednesday Sound Bath

A midweek reset for the body and mind.

This restorative sound bath is designed to soothe the nervous system and help you release the accumulated tension of daily life. Through crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and grounding instruments, Alexandra creates an immersive soundscape that guides you into deep relaxation.

Many clients describe this session as the moment their week “exhales.”

FUll Moon Sound Bath

A ceremonial sound bath aligned with the lunar cycle.

This special session blends the same restorative sound healing experience with a guided meditation inspired by the energy of the Full Moon - a time traditionally associated with reflection, release, and emotional clarity.

Through sound and intention, we create space to let go of what no longer serves and reconnect with what feels aligned.

Expect:

Soft Reset // Breathwork, Meditation & Sound Bath

A gentle end-of-week reset for your nervous system.

Soft Reset begins with light somatic movement and breathwork to release stored tension from the body. From there, Steph guides you into meditation before closing the session with a calming mini sound bath.

It’s the perfect entry point for anyone who thinks they’re “bad at meditating.”

This class is ideal if you want to:

• Release stress from the week
• Learn simple breathwork tools
• Calm an overactive mind
• Ease into meditation with support

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.

Private Sound Baths

  • Escape the noise of the outside world and immerse yourself in a deeply personalized sound healing experience.

    In this intimate session, the instruments are played specifically for your energetic and emotional state. The vibrations help dissolve tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

    Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional reset, or simply deep rest, this private sound bath creates space for exactly what your system needs.

What to Expect During a Sound Bath

When you arrive, we’ll help you get comfortable with mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye covers. Most guests lie down, though seated options are always available.

The session may begin with a short meditation or grounding practice before the instruments begin. From there, you simply rest while waves of sound move through the space.
